Capcom's Yoshinori Ono breaks the silence and has a bit of a Twitter heart to heart with Street Fighter fans, Street Fighter 5 is a pretty decently balanced game at this point, but is it time to shake up the top tiers and give others a chance in the spotlight? Maybe with a Season 4.5 balance patch?
